Assisted Living at Trinity Springs

What is assisted living at Trinity Springs? A carefree, active senior lifestyle enhanced with the personal care and health care you need to maintain your independence. Our apartments are the largest in the area and ready for you to furnish as you wish. Housekeeping and linen laundering are done for you, along with building maintenance. Leave the day-to-day chores to us and you’ll have more time for your interests and the people you love!

Every day, you can choose from a variety of social opportunities, events, entertainment, Bible studies, classes, and others, chosen by the people who live here and directed by our activity professionals. Exercise classes may help improve your strength, balance, and mobility. Trips to local restaurants and attractions are planned, and our transportation will take you there. Delicious meals are made for you three times daily and professionally served in our elegant dining room!

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:

• Choices in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, or two-bedroom apartment homes
• Full kitchen with all-electric appliances
• Bathroom with step-in shower
• Delicious dining with chef-prepared meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Sprinkler system, smoke alarms, and emergency call system
• Individual apartment controls for heat and air
• All property tax and utilities including telephone, basic cable television, and WiFi
• A full calendar of recreational, educational, entertaining, spiritual, creative, and social events
• Scheduled transportation for shopping, entertaining, and recreational events
• Health services package
• Initial health care assessment with individualized care plan, 30-day and annual assessment
• Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
• Personal pendant with 24-hour urgency response
• Physician coordination
• Weekly light housekeeping services
• Weekly linen change

Each person will receive an initial evaluation by a nurse to determine specific service needs and the monthly fees for those services. Other services are available as needed or as ordered by a physician.

Memory Care at Trinity Springs

Our memory care area is an entrance-controlled, welcoming environment specifically designed for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. Spaces are designed for familiarity and simplicity to promote well-being. Private, comfortable suites can be personalized with items from home.

Our dedicated memory care staff work to learn each person’s life story and help them celebrate that story. Staff receive comprehensive memory care training and ongoing education annually. Staff engage residents through individualized, purpose-filled activities, day and evening, to encourage residents to retain life skills longer and experience successes. Trinity Springs’ memory care program is designed to emphasize abilities and celebrate moments of connection.

Included in your monthly fee:

• Separate area with controlled entrances allows residents to freely move about
• Single-level, simple interior design with home-like furnishings creates a calming atmosphere
• Private suite with private bath or two-room shared suite with one bath
• Kitchenette
• Three nutritious meals served daily in the Memory Care Dining Room
• Weekly housekeeping and flat laundry service
• Sprinkler system, smoke alarms, and emergency call system
• All property tax and utilities including telephone, basic cable television, and wireless internet service
• A full calendar of recreational, educational, entertaining, spiritual, creative, and social events
• Outdoor, entrance-controlled Memory Care courtyard

Health services available:

Services are tailored for each person. A registered nurse will complete an assessment to determine the services that are most beneficial. Services can include ongoing health monitoring, transferring with the assistance of one person, bathroom assistance, medication management, comfort checks, and escorts within Memory Care. Higher levels of health and personal care services are available and can be added as individually needed.
