Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Accordingly, our subacute rehabilitation centers develop highly personalized rehabilitation plans for each patient, which addresses their unique health needs to determine their orthopedic procedure and recovery goals.

Stroke Recovery

At CareOne, we understand that every patient’s physical and cognitive health needs after a stroke are unique and complex. No two stroke recovery plans should look the same. Using an interdisciplinary approach, CareOne appoints a personalized care team for every patient. From there, the patient’s care team works closely with the family caregiver to develop a customized care plan. The intention behind closely involving the family in the patient’s care plan is two-fold: foster collaboration and deliver compassionate care.

Wound Care Management

CareOne’s wound care management program can help you heal wounds and prevent infections. Our onsite wound physician monitors and manages your progress.

CareOne’s wound care program takes a holistic medical approach to help fully heal your wounds and prevent future infections. With integrated physician specialists in wound care, infectious disease, vascular surgery, podiatry, nutrition and plastic surgery, we have an expansive network of clinicians to help ensure your healing needs are met. Our onsite wound care physicians monitor and manage your progress to promote safe healing and prevent infection.

We also offer cutting-edge treatments including diathermy, e-stimulation and ultrasound, and specialized equipment and beds including Envella, Clinitron, Dolphin and wound VAC therapy, as well as specialized mattresses and cushions. Our interdisciplinary care team includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, doctors of rehabilitation, licensed therapists, nutritionists, a culinary team, social service workers and discharge planners to provide a continuum of care for you or your loved one.
