MEDICATION MONITORING

Extra Support Provided

St. Cecilia’s Senior Home provides medication management. We make sure residents take their medications on time and in the appropriate manner. The staff will also coordinate with the pharmacy when a refill is needed. Pharmacy delivery options are available at no extra cost.
