Memory Care in Ocean County NJ is situated in a beautiful spacious one story community with multiple outside spaces for a variety of fresh air activities. The middle court is specially designed for residents to enjoy sunshine, and since it is in the middle of the community, ambulatory residents can go there freely and enjoy outside activities while still under close supervision.

Specializing in the Placement of Difficult Dementia Patients

At Millennium Memory Care the staff and management team are trained to manage even the most difficult dementia patients. We created a unique psycho-social program with special activities to occupy and redirect residents with very challenging behaviors.
In addition, we provide the most personal, effective and sensitive Alzheimer’s and dementia care in New Jersey, even for the most difficult dementia patients. Our staff works with caregivers, family members, social workers, doctors and psychiatric hospitals so that residents can age in place right here in MMC’s safe, homelike environment.
Even if your loved one’s condition worsens, we will continue to provide the care they need and strive to alleviate the stress and difficulty of moving to other facilities until it becomes absolutely necessary. We understand the wellness needs that seniors may benefit from as they age and we offer a range of tailored services and care levels.
And with locations in Freehold, Holmdel, Matawan, Monroe, Ocean and Upper Saddle River we can serve families and residents from all of central and eastern New Jersey. We also offer Respite Care and In-home Care Programs.

Hospice Care at Millennium Memory Care

Hospice Care at Millennium Memory Care is a special kind of care that focuses on the quality of life for people who are experiencing an advanced, life-limiting illness. The Hospice care team provides compassionate care for people in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. All Hospice Care is provided within the comfort of each Millennium Memory Care Facility.

Palliative Care at Millennium Memory Care

Palliative Care at Millennium Memory Care is offered within each facility. Trained staff are available to assist with taking medicines and use other methods prescribed by the team to manage health conditions that do not yet qualify as Hospice Care. The team provides ongoing support to the patient as well as family members and loved ones to ensure physical and emotional comfort.
