Overview

Home Suite Home offers the newest built assisted living residence in Northern Palm Beach County. Our most recently built home was finished in late 2015; it is all on one level of handicapped accessible space. Built of sturdy concrete block construction, equipped with all hurricane impact windows and doors, a fully fenced, totally secured yard, 24 hour security, and an abundance of space. Our locations are superb and close to local shopping, restaurants, and businesses. Easy access to I-95, and minutes to the Palm Beach International Airport. Our fully supportive, assisted living home, redefines care by providing all the comforts of home, delivered by a professional, dedicated, and caring staff, 24 hours a day. Home Suite Home offers short-term, as well as long-term living.

Accommodations Provided

Suites

Fully furnished private and semi-private suites available. Residents are encouraged to bring their own favorite furnishings if they prefer.

Living Room

Spacious homelike setting with separate lounge area for relaxation or resident activities.

Kitchen

Fully upgraded kitchen with new stainless appliances, and all resident necessities.

Bathrooms

Handicapped accessible bathrooms including roll-in showers and handrails in all necessary locations.

Health Programs & Services

We offer our residents gentle assistance with everyday tasks such as hygiene, medication, dressing, and ambulation. Residents are also offered monitoring and management of health care, doctor visits, follow-up care, and numerous other health services.

Personal Care

Grooming and personal hygiene care. Three daily nutritional meals, healthy snacks, and personal diets are prepared. Exercise assistance and memory stimulation. A responsible, reliable helping hand with everything, everyday!

Respite Care

We offer post-operative, and stays for loved ones who need a temporary relief from their usual care giving.

Health Care Coordination

Medication reminders and monitoring. HIPPA compliant, health care coordination. Our staff is comprised of HHA and CNA professionals. We have a medical provider for primary care, who will also refer you to a specialist if needed.

Entertainment Programs & Services

We encourage our residents to stay active throughout the week with scheduled activities like music and art programs, game and movie nights, guided exercises, and leisure activities. Residents can be active or passive, as everything is geared to their individual ability level.

Various times of the year our residents can enjoy outings such as a lunch or dinner out, trips to the nearby mall, scenic drives, and visits to local parks and area attractions.
