Our mission is to help your loved one feel a strong sense of belonging, build friendships and support their current abilities through personalized and purposeful engagement. Our residents spend their days in a secure place, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose and support current abilities through our Clare Bridge Daily Path programming.

Our community is purpose-built to support those living with the challenges of dementia. We help your family member live their best life with as much independence, dignity and freedom of movement as possible. Our apartments, common areas, dining area and outdoor spaces are designed to be dementia-friendly.

A place that is familiar and comforting—that’s home. Our apartments have plenty of natural window light, a private bathroom, ample storage, and some even have a garden view. Our community incorporates special features, such as easy-to-navigate floor plans, soothing wall colors and way-finding cues, so residents feel secure.

Consistent Care Assignments
We are committed to the consistent assignment of the same associates to your loved one whenever possible. Knowing and being present in relationships with your loved one allows our care associates to lessen behavioral symptoms and anticipate unmet needs. We’ll provide support throughout the day, whether during meals, taking medication, bathing and more.

Engaging Programs
Our daily path offers stimulating activities for seniors in all stages of memory loss. Activities include B-Fit, mental workouts with games and conversations and music programs. We feature areas of the community that are set up for safe engagement in household tasks like kitchen work or gardening that help build confidence.

Clare Bridge®: Our Approach to Memory Care

Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago. It has continually evolved as we learn more about seniors with dementia, but the goal is to provide residents with a gentle structure of six planned programs per day that help support their current abilities and help preserve their remaining skills.

A day in the life of a Clare Bridge resident may include things like a morning cognitive workout with discussions and brain stimulating games. Residents also participate in a variety of physical activities ranging from our B-Fit program to walking groups and dancing. Having a daily, structured routine like this is a great way to help your loved one feel a sense of security knowing they are right where they need to be.

Solace: Support For Late-Stage Dementia

The Solace program, which is offered in every Clare Bridge community, is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia. The Solace program does not replace any elements of the overall Clare Bridge daily path of life enrichment, but rather adds an extra layer of programming within the larger memory care program. Highlights of the Solace program include extra time for grooming, activities involving the senses, music and aromatherapy.
