Each community provides expert clinical care led by a Physician Medical Director, with licensed nurses on-site around the clock. Our approach to memory care is not to make our community like a home, but to make it a resident’s home fully and completely. Care from a skilled, compassionate staff in a warm environment forms the foundation of our mission to enrich the lives of residents and their families.

To better meet the needs of residents at different stages of their disease, our communities are arranged into three neighborhoods. This structure offers programming tailored to residents’ individual needs, challenging them appropriately while maximizing their independence.

Nexus®

An innovative, evidence-based program for early-stage residents at higher cognitive levels who are more independent. Based in research and recent studies, Nexus at Silverado showed a statistically significant 60% improvement in cognition when compared to those without such treatment.

Enrichment

For residents in the transitory stages between Nexus and Sensory.

Sensory

For residents in later stages of the disease who may have lost the ability to communicate verbally and require a high degree of assistance with activities of daily living.
