Macdonald Residence (or MacRes, as we refer to it) is Maybelle Center’s 54-unit assisted living facility exclusively serving Medicaid-eligible adults.

We offer high-quality care that cultivates a sense of belonging and ensures residents feel at home while meeting complex behavioral health and assisted living requirements. Our skilled staff invests in our residents through meaningful relationships—a critical factor in delivering high-quality healthcare. Many of our residents have endured trauma, mental health stigma, financial hardship, and often prolonged periods of outdoor living.

As a result, a key part of our approach is to ensure staff have the support they need, including the backing of a three-person behavioral health team, and invest in employee well-being with industry-leading benefits and training.

MacRes offers the following essential services:

• 24-hour personal care for adults of all ages who need assistance with daily tasks
• Fresh and healthy home-cooked meals
• Medication management
• Healthcare and transportation coordination
