Assisted Living

Memory Care

Residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of memory loss benefit from expert, compassionate care. From the moment you walk into our memory care neighborhoods, you know that you’ve arrived somewhere special—a place where caregivers are more like family. We have two levels of memory care available: Terrace Club and Reminiscence. Our Terrace Club Neighborhoods are ideal for those experiencing early to moderate memory loss, while our Reminiscence Neighborhoods are tailored to those living with more advanced Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Short-Term Stays

Experience our community for yourself with respite care or as you recover from surgery within a vibrant atmosphere. We offer the Road Home program, a 30-day program specifically designed for guests coming to Sunrise directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home program provides assistance both during an illness or after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.

Hospice Coordination

We coordinate with local hospice providers to help residents receive high-quality palliative and end-of-life care. We can help coordinate hospice care services as needed with professionals who specialize in supporting the unique emotional and physical needs of seniors with the utmost dignity and compassion. As coordination of hospice care guidelines differ by region, Sunrise communities partner with qualified medical staff and volunteers that meet local hospice care requirements, while also following Sunrise standards for personalized care.
