Welcome to Nazareth House, a vibrant and spacious 110-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located at 2121 North First Street in the heart of Fresno, California. Operated by the Sisters of Nazareth since 1951, this Catholic-inspired community welcomes seniors of all faiths and beliefs, offering a serene, park-like environment on an beautiful 8-acre campus with lush gardens, meandering walking paths, and Spanish-style architecture featuring courtyards, patios, and a central chapel. We provide levels of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and a dedicated Care Center for those needing higher support, ensuring residents can age in place with dignity and compassion. We fully comply with all California-required basic care services for RCFEs, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs, housekeeping and laundry, and individualized care plans to promote health, safety, and emotional well-being.

• 24-Hour Supervision and Nursing Care: Continuous oversight with a nurse on staff part-time and a licensed R.N. on call around the clock for prompt medical support.
