Our Crest Pointe Assisted Living homes are located within less than a quarter mile of each other in a newer, well-established neighborhood on the northeast corner of Clovis, California in Fresno County.

The homes are in the desirable Buchanan Estates neighborhood just west of Harlan Ranch in Clovis. We’re just south of Shepherd and east of Temperance. It feels like the country but we’re close to the Sierra Freeway, 168 which connects to 41 and 99 within minutes.

Built with an open, high-ceiling central living space and wide hallways, these homes are full of luxurious amenities and are perfect for residential senior care. They were designed and built by Wathan Castanos Homes, a locally-owned, nationally-recognized home builder whose main office is only 4 miles from us.

Crest Pointe Assisted Living provides personal, caring service in a luxurious, comfortable home-like setting.

Our amenities, services and activities are all designed to create an environment that is above all, safe and healthy for your loved one while also meeting their individual needs and wants. As a residential care home we provide a senior living option for people who need help with ADLs (activities of daily living).

Below you’ll see an overview of many of our services and amenities, but this is not a comprehensive list. We customize our care to each of our resident’s medical needs and personal preferences.

Our Services Include:

• Medication management with monitoring by a pharmacist.
• In-house, monthly visits with a physician (also on call).
• Access to and services from a nurse practitioner (also on call).
• Access to home-health services and physical therapy, along with assessments from occupational and speech therapists.
• Podiatrist services for foot care every three months.
• Respite care, memory care, and hospice care.
• On-site administration means our team is constant monitoring residents’ care.
• Fast move-in with same day admissions possible with proper paperwork.
• Assessments prior to admission and a 30 day in-house evaluation after move-in so we thoroughly understand our residents’ challenges, needs, and preferences.
• New team members receive hands-on instruction and training from our experienced administrator and staff.
• A 3:1 ratio of residents to staff, compared to 10:1 or 14:1 that you’ll find at large retirement homes.
• Personal, yet professional assistance with all ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, transferring (i.e. getting in and out of bed, chairs, etc.) and feeding.

Our monthly rate is set based on the level of ADLs per resident. This is determined by their ADL dependency score which we assess prior to move-in. We will be able to give you a very good estimate of your loved one’s level of care after the assessment is complete.

Every level of care includes extensive amenities:

• Three daily home-cooked, nutritionally-balanced meals written by a registered dietician.
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day.
• Basic cable and utilities, with private phone hook-ups and internet access available.
• Call system to alert staff of any resident needs or emergencies.
• Laundry and housekeeping service.
• Care and service for ambulatory or non-ambulatory residents.
• Our homes are completely wheelchair accessible.
• Daily socialization and companionship.
• Individual exercise, activities and music.
• Assistance with arranging for transportation to appointments or shopping.
• Scheduled group trips and outings.
• Access to our yard and patio for family gatherings.
• Pet visitation privileges.
