Welcome to PRYOR FALLS, a specialized and intimate 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located at 260 West Loyola Avenue in Clovis, California. Our small-scale community provides a secure, home-like environment focused on memory care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia, offering personalized support while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. We fully comply with all California-required basic care services for RCFEs, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, nutritious meals, housekeeping and laundry, and individualized care plans to promote health and safety.
