Mayberry Gardens Grand Prairie is located at 540 E Polo Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.  Our facility consists of 5 separate homes, each with 15 rooms and private baths.  Our homes offer a unique homelike setting with a large living room, centralized kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and large front porch. The property also includes walking paths, a beauty salon, and cable will be provided for all residents of Mayberry Gardens.
