With a loving approach, our caregivers at Life Balance Personal Care Home provide care to individuals that can no longer live independently or are in need of companionship.  Compassion, understanding, patience and kindness are essential in caring for those who cannot care for themselves. Our caregivers & staff are passionate about working with seniors. We hire caregivers that are trained in Dementia care, have worked with seniors for more than 1 year, are qualified to administer medications, know creative ways to get seniors to participate in activities and have organizational skills. We do not employ anyone who has a criminal record or a history of elder abuse. All caregivers are certified in CPR/First Aid as well as Evacuation Procedures and Fire Drills.  We have live-in caregivers as well as daytime staff to adjust to the needs of the residents while also providing caregiver consistency.
