Home Sweet Home is a family-owned Assisted Living Community in Houston, Texas specializing in Alzheimers and Dementia Care.

Our residents enjoy the benefits of personalized assistance and care 24 hours a day everyday of the week with our high resident to staff ratio. 24-Hour Trained

Our Memory Care Services is 24 hour well-trained staff supervision and emergency response in a secure environment.

Aging in Place

Refers to the ability to live in their own homes, wherever that may be, for as long as they are independent and safe.

Appointments

Medication and transportation management, Arrangements Transportation for Local Medical and Dental Appointments.

Daily Living

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Hair and Skin Care, Personal Hygiene, Ambulating, and toileting).

Daily Housekeeping

Daily Bed Making and Laundry Services and Furnished Linens and Routine Housekeeping cleanup, folding and other tasks.

Medical Physician

Podiatrist Home Visits, Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy with a physician prescription as needed.

Medication Monitoring

Medication Monitoring and Administration and resident’s behaviors may require occasional staff intervention and diabetes care.

Three Nutritious Meals

Three nutritious meals per day are served in our family style dining room, along with Snacks Available Throughout the Day.
