When you need personalized care and attention, an on-site healthcare center is worth its weight in gold. Holladay Park Plaza’s on-campus Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has specially trained, compassionate staff who don’t just meet your needs—they’ll go above and beyond.
To add (more!) peace of mind, residents can stay in this healthcare center at no extra charge while recovering from short-term illness or injury and then return to their Holladay Park Plaza apartment once they have recovered. The healthcare center also offers a comfortable environment for residents needing long-term Skilled Nursing care. Holladay Park Plaza can also accept direct admittance from the public for Skilled Nursing care, meaning you do not have to be an existing Holladay Park Plaza resident to receive immediate support.
