Owner & Director

Joyce Thomas excelled in the field of Computer Science and had a wonderful professional career in the business world working in IT Management until retirement.  She then moved on to transition into her other love caring for our seniors. Fern’s is named after Joyce’s mother Fern Sykes. Fern and her husband James adopted Joyce when they were seniors. Joyce has always had a special place in her heart for our elderly love ones.  Joyce’s priority is to put our senior resident’s personal, physical, emotional needs and goals first and to provide high-quality personal care services.
