Evergreen Cottages is a Purpose Built 16 bed Memory Care and Assisted living community .Our Cottages are State licensed for 16 residents and offers care for residents with Alzheimer’s and other Dementias. We provide comprehensive care with no levels of care pricing include assistance with all ADL’s bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene feeding and more. We maintain an above average caregiver to resident ratio that ensures individual attention. Daily housekeeping, personal laundry service and medication management are included in our all inclusive care plans. You can count on twenty-four hour care by our professional licensed staff and three nutritious homestyle meals cooked fresh daily along with a variety of health snacks and beverages. Evergreen Cottages is a Home away from Home with a robust activities program and a heart centered approach to caring for seniors. Services and Amenities As an assisted living and memory care home, Evergreen Cottages has licensed nurses and staff available 24 hours a day. Caregivers receive monthly training sessions to ensure residents are receiving the most up to date care. With this training staff is able to prevent stress and provide service with the utmost care. Evergreen Cottages is a secure location with a non-invasive monitoring system in place to ensure the safety of residents. During their time, seniors will have access to many on-site services and amenities to take the hassle of everyday chores off their plate. Services offered include individualized care plans, medicine administration, daily housekeeping, and many more. On-site cooks provide tasty, nutritious snacks and three full meals a day that meet the dietary needs of each senior.
